David Roll

Roll has 27 years of Law Enforcement experience. His entire career was with the Illinois State Police. Roll served in the following positions: Trooper, Swat Operator, Special Agent (violent crimes & narcotics), Patrol Sergeant, Patrol Master Sergeant, Investigative Master Sergeant  (violent crimes, narcotics & meth response), C0-Director of West Central Illinois Task Force, and Investigative Lieutenant. His last sworn position with the ISP was the Acting Captain of the Statewide Medicaid Fraud Control Bureau Investigative Unit.
